Package Your Items
Place the original, unwashed items with all brand tags intact into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
